Minimum Stay: 2 nights for stays shorter then a week (7 nights) depending on time of year.
Minimum stay may be waived for last minute bookings.
AUGUST SPECIAL $510 per week.

$100 Midweek per night (5/1 - 9/30) $125 Midweek per night (10/1 - 11/30)
$125 Weekend per night (5/1 - 9/30) $150 Weekend per night (10/1 - 11/30)
$600 Weekly (5/1 - 9/30) $700 Weekly (10/1 - 11/30)
(Charge $100 a night if there is an extended stay)

Cleaning fee is $50.

Deposit
To hold the reservation an initial deposit of 50% of the total rental invoice is due. This deposit is refundable minus $35 admin fee up until 2 weeks prior to check-in date. Once deposit is received, your scheduled days are reserved. Within 2 weeks of stay, payment is due in full & is non-refundable.
No booking guaranteed without deposit.
An additional $250 security deposit will be held pending inspection of the property after your departure and will be returned within 1 week of your departure, upon satisfactory inspection of property.
Security deposit is $250 (refundable)
Refundable Security Deposit of $250 is required for a one (1) week’s stay or longer. For stays shorter then 1 week a refundable security deposit of $150 is required.
Taxes include 6.75% NC State tax and a 5% McDowell County Occupancy Tax.
