Rates & Policies
Minimum Stay: 2 nights for stays shorter then a week (7 nights) depending on time of year. Minimum stay may be waived for last minute bookings.
$100 per night (5/1 - 9/30)
$125 per weekend night (10/1 - 12/31)
Cleaning fee is $80.

To hold the reservation an initial payment of 50% of the total rental rate is required. The initial payment will be applied toward the total rental rate. This portion of total payment is refundable minus $35 admin fee up until 2 weeks prior to check-in date. Once initial payment is received, your scheduled days are reserved. Within 2 weeks of stay, payment is due in full & is non-refundable. Payments can be made in the form of a Paypal, credit card or personal check made payable to Brenda Gregory. The initial payment does not include security deposit or NC State tax (6.75%) and McDowell County Occupancy Tax (5%).
Cleaning Fee: All rentals require a mandatory departure-cleaning fee of $80.
No booking guaranteed without initial payment.
Refundable Security Deposit of $150 is required for a one (1) week’s stay or shorter.
Refundable Security Deposit of $250 is required for a one (1) week’s stay or longer. For stays shorter then 1 week a refundable security deposit of $150 is required.
The security deposit will be held pending inspection of the property after your departure and will be returned within 1 week of your departure, upon satisfactory inspection of property.
Taxes include 6.75% NC State tax and a 5% McDowell County Occupancy Tax.
